Teja Arboleda, M.Ed. is a living example of diversity. Being multiracial, multicultural and multiethnic, with a mixed family, having grown up in three countries, and having traveled around the globe, Teja is connected on many levels to all people... and dolphins!

He is the Founder, President and Creative Director of Entertaining Diversity, Inc., a production, entertainment and educational collaborative, with an intrinsic understanding of our culturally diverse world. As a keynote speaker and diversity and inclusion leader, Arboleda has traveled extensively throughout the US, with over 1,000 engagements in 48 states. He has produced, edited and assistant directed over 50 PBS and Discovery social, race and cultural issues documentaries.
Arboleda has an EMMY Award and two TELLY Awards.
It is Teja's personal and professional mission to harness the power of diversity to create educational media and live events for a multicultural planet. He firmly believes that we don't have to think outside of the box... because there is no box!
